  • Kardashian put the property on the market less than six months after buying it for $6.3 million

Kim Kardashian's fixer-upper property in Hidden Hills, California, is now for sale.

After recently tossing two properties on the market, the 42-year-old Skims founder listed for just under $7 million a four-bedroom, five-bathroom house situated right next door to her $60 million family home in Hidden Hills, Dirt reported.

The traditional-style home, which was built during the '70s, was purchased by Kardashian for $6.3 million less than six months ago, according to the outlet. Although it's uncertain what initial plans the reality star had for this property, the home reportedly does not appear to have been updated since she bought it.

According to the listing posted by Compass agent Tomer Fridman, the off-white house, described as "prime for a quintessential reimagining," has two levels comprising 4,239 square feet of living space in total and sits on an acre of land bordered by equestrian trails.

The exterior of the residence includes a walkway that passes through a grass lawn and leads to a tall glass and wood-trimmed door, an in-ground pool, a three-car garage and additional parking space on its driveway and direct entrance.

The listing did not include interior photos of the main house. But in photos from older listings obtained by Dirt, the home had a curving staircase covered with a green velvet textile, a double-height entry foyer, a formal living room and a massive dining area.

It also featured two fireplaces, one in the master bedroom and another in the family room, according to the old listings.

The fixer-upper is the latest property to be put on the market by Kardashian. The reality star also recently listed her downtown Calabasas condo for $3.5 million and her spare ranch house near her Hidden Hills mansion, which she used to own with ex-husband Kanye West, for $5.3 million, according to Dirt.

Kardashian owns a big vacant lot in Madison Club in La Quinta, California, where several of her family members also own vacation homes. She recently shelled out a whopping $70 million for an oceanfront Malibu estate formerly owned by Cindy Crawford.

Kardashian and her rapper ex-husband, 45, have not yet officially finalized their divorce, though they were declared legally single in March.

The exes, who separated in 2021 after six years of marriage, signed a prenuptial agreement before tying the knot in 2014, settling most of their assets, according to Forbes.

At the time of Kardashian's divorce filing in February 2021, she and West had an estimated $2.1 billion in combined assets, the magazine reported. The latest Forbes estimates put Kardashian's net worth at $1.8 billion and the rapper's at $400 million.
