Kirstie Alley secured a huge profit from her six-bedroom estate in Los Feliz, Los Angeles, after reaching an agreement with a buyer this week.

The “Look Who’s Talking” star sold the property for $7.8 million, which is way more than the $2.998 million she spent to purchase it back in 2000, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.

Represented by Deasy Penner Podley, the mansion was sold in an off-market sale. But it’s important to note that when Alley listed the property in late 2018, she was asking for $11.97 million. In May 2019, she decided to lower the price to $10.75 million.

Alley’s 6,958-square-foot villa-style mansion sits on almost an acre of land. It was originally constructed by architect Armand Monaco in 1931 for esteemed hotelier and restaurateur Victor Hugo Aleidis.

The house screams elegance and luxury through its classic design elements such as the Corinthian columns, expansive terraces and circular entrance gallery. The six-bedroom, seven-bathroom property also features an array of amenities such as a turtle pond, a swimming pool, several grottos, a pool house and a long gated driveway.

The actress, who has been out of the spotlight for some time, is leaving the mansion that is in a star-studded community. She was neighbors with Gwen Stefani, Jim Parsons, Robert Pattinson and “Modern Family” star Jesse Tyler Ferguson, among many others.

This wasn’t the only property Alley has unloaded in recent years. The Church of Scientology longtime member also sold a waterfront house in Isleboro Island in Maine last year.

The “Veronica’s Closet” star, who celebrated her 70th birthday in January, has remained a controversial figure through the years. This was mostly due to her unwavering support for former President Donald Trump.

In the previous election, she raised eyebrows and received flak on social media after revealing on Twitter that she was voting for Trump because “he gets things done quickly.”

She was called out by many netizens, including some of her peers in the entertainment industry. Patricia Arquette, Diedrich Bader and Judd Apatow were some of the celebs who voiced their opinions on Alley’s tweet, with Bader calling her argument “strange,” as per USA Today.
