Trevor Noah is done with his mega-mansion in the opulent Bel Air neighborhood of Los Angeles. The comedian has listed the property amid his on-again, off-again relationship with actress Minka Kelly.

The 37-year-old “Daily Show” host is selling his luxurious estate for $29.75 million after splurging $27.5 million to acquire it in December 2020 amid his then-flourishing romance with Kelly. At the time, sources said Noah was keen on planning his future with the 41-year-old actress, according to New York Post.

The Bel Air mansion comes with six bedrooms and eight and a half bathrooms. The house structure that was built by architect Mark Rios in 2014 sits on 11,375 square feet of land.

The multimillion-dollar property features state-of-the-art facilities and amenities, including a gym, a screening room, a sauna, office space and an infinity pool. The gated property also has a security booth and a separate staff entrance.

Prospective buyers will also love the fact that the property has a guest apartment and a pavilion with an outdoor kitchen and that the house is equipped with Crestron’s home automation system.

The television personality and the “Friday Night Lights” alum started dating in August 2020. The two seemed pretty serious at one point that it was reported they were planning to settle down after purchasing their love nest.

However, fans were shocked when they reportedly split in May. The two have been very private about their relationship and never publicly confirmed their romance and breakup.

In June, the rumored exes turned heads when they were spotted together in New York City. At the time, Noah and Kelly were flashing big smiles when they were photographed strolling through the streets of the Big Apple.

Sources told Page Six back then that the two were in good spirits, but it was hard to tell if they just went out together as friends, or if they have given their romance another shot.

Noah and Kelly have been spotted together on several occasions since then. An insider dished to E! News last month that they were actually working toward rekindling their romance because they still have feelings for each other.

“Nothing is official between them. They are spending time together. She hasn't moved back in to his place or taken big steps forward,” the tipster added.
