Love triangle rumors involving Irina Shayk, Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga continue to persist despite the latter denying her relationship with the "A Star Is Born" director is more than platonic. A new tabloid story has now suggested that the Russian supermodel has given her boyfriend an ultimatum to choose between her and the “A Star is Born” actress.

Gaga and Cooper’s Oscars performance of their song, “Shallow,” from “A Star is Born,” had everyone talking. There have been some comments about how Shayk is reacting to the off-screen performance of her boyfriend and the actress. Now, a new rumor claimed that Cooper and his girlfriend have gotten into an argument about the issue.

According to the tabloid report, a source asserted that Shayk is “angry” over everyone for talking about how “hot” Cooper and Gaga look together, especially after their Oscars performance.

It had reportedly come to a point where Shayk had asked Cooper to choose between her and Gaga, according to this supposed insider. The source also added that the singer tried to manage the situation by sending an email to the Russian model, explaining to her that she would never steal someone’s man.

Shayk didn’t reply to Lady Gaga’s email, according to the source. The Russian model reportedly told Cooper that she would “kick him to the curb” if he didn’t choose one woman over the other.

This rumor has been debunked by Gossip Cop. The outlet reached out to reps of both Cooper and Gaga, and they confirmed multiple times that the relationship between the two “A Star Is Born” co-stars is purely professional.

One reason why these rumors persist is that both Cooper and Gaga took their respective roles in “A Star Is Born” very seriously. A source recently told Us Weekly that the two actors have “insane chemistry” and “really got into their roles when filming.”

Gaga’s performance in “A Star Is Born” helped her land her very first best actress nomination at the Academy Awards, and her "Shallow" helped her score her first Oscars win. The song “Shallow” also reached the top spot on Billboard Hot 100, which is something the singer hasn’t been able to achieve since 2011, Entertainment Weekly reported.
