Irina Shayk was spotted walking with her mother Olga in New York City after her split from boyfriend Bradley Cooper. The Russian model was all smiles as she showed off her toned abs in her short top.

Shayk and Cooper broke up a few weeks ago, and the two of them haven’t been spotted in public together. Shayk was recently seen in New York City, walking with her mother, Us Weekly reported.

The model had a smile on her face, as she flashed her toned abs during the stroll. She wore a short-sleeve sweater crop top and ripped jeans. She finished the look with a pair of sunglasses and a hat.

How does Shayk manage to get that toned abs? The model has revealed that in addition to her workouts, she likes to hit the Russian sauna once or twice a week.

The Russian sauna is different because the process involves being hit by a hot broom first, which cleans the skin and opens the pores, and then the model takes a cold plunge. The difference in temperatures in these two activities makes the skin tighter. The model has apparently been doing this since she was a kid.

Shayk appears to be taking some time off from the dating scene to focus on herself. She let Cooper spend Father’s Day with their daughter recently, while she went off to Florence, Italy, where she took part in the CR Runway x LuisaViaRoma 90th Anniversary Show, People reported.

Before going to Florence, Shayk went to Iceland for what appears to be a short vacation and a photo shoot. Meanwhile, Cooper was seen taking a private jet from Los Angeles with his daughter on Father’s Day.

Although Shayk and Cooper have split up after their four-year relationship, they want to remain on friendly terms for their daughter’s sake, People reported. The two of them met just before Cooper went on the private jet with their daughter, and a source has revealed that they were “friendly” during that meeting.
