Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner's lavish waterfront mansion in the exclusive Indian Creek in Miami is undergoing renovations.

The couple purchased the 8,510-square-foot mansion at the gated, guarded island for $24 million in April 2021.

As per reports, renovations at the estate, developed in 1994, started just last February.

New photos revealed substantial progress was made on the property. Multiple structures were built at the waterfront lot, including a two-story main house and a one-story back house.

Photos revealed that a swimming pool was being constructed at the back of the main house.

In front of the property, a rectangular pond, surrounded by newly planted shrubs and plants, was spotted.

The white exterior-painted home now displays newly inserted windows. A dock leading right to the bay also appeared to be nearly ready.

It's unclear what other features would be added to the mansion.

Aside from the couple, other billionaires, including Carl Icahn, hedge funder Eddie Lampert, Hotels.com co-founder Bob Diener, and developer Jeffrey Soffer, have properties in Indian Creek.

Ivanka, the second child of former President Donald Trump with his ex-wife Ivana, and Kushner have a combined net worth of $800 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth.

She has been married to Kushner since 2009. They have three children daughter Arabella Rose, 10, and sons Joseph Frederick, 8, and Theodore James, 6.
