Drama can't stop Jeffree Star. The Jeffree Star Cosmetics founder has been talked about quite a bit in recent weeks following a range of criticism that both he and his frequent collaborator, YouTuber Shane Dawson, have received, but now the makeup brand is gearing up to launch a new line of products.

Star revealed the news on Twitter on Thursday, writing, "Today we're having a huge product development meeting for the iconic Jeffree Star Skin Care line launching in 2021!"

The aforementioned announcement about the new Jeffree Star products follows after another recent launch. On July 10, JFC introduced a new assortment of Velour Lip Liners for $16, including shades such as Cherry Wet, Gemini, Prom Night, and Crocodile Tears.

Star's decision to debut the new skincare line also comes after his Conspiracy Collection, which he launched with Dawson in late 2019, was pulled from the Morphe site in June after controversial content resurfaced this year.

Morphe's decision to end the partnership had likely not been an easy one for the brand as the makeup palettes, which feature eyeshadow shades such as Diet Cola, Pig-Ment, and Trisha, sold in record time last year. Following the launch, Star shared in an Instagram Live video that over one million palettes between the Mini Controversy and Conspiracy had sold in approximately 30 minutes, which caused the brand to have to restock items sooner than anticipated.

At this time, other details surrounding Star's new skincare line remain scarce, so fans will have to speculate what will be included and whether or not the products will center around his traditional hot pink color scheme.
