Jennifer Garner showed off her jumping rope skills in a new workout video.

Garner, 47, shared a clip of her performing jump rope on Instagram. The “13 Going 30” actress is wearing head-to-toe black outfit in the video. The celebrity mom of three starts with standard jumps and takes the exercise to the next level by turning the rope twice beneath her feet which was quiet impressive.

“While classic jumping rope and double-unders are very similar in appearance, when done correctly, the tempo, timing, required coordination, and benefits are actually quite different,” David Newman, certified L-1 CrossFit trainer and founder of CEO of Rx Smart Gear, said of the act Garner did to Women’s Health.

Double-unders aren’t easy to perform. So, he gave tips on how to do it correctly.

“Make sure you keep your head in a neutral position with your eyes forward or down at a 45 degree angle as you jump,” he said.

He continued that by sticking to that position, the head will be aligned with the spine and prevent one from throwing off his balance. He concluded that double-unders are complex, so newbies should start by practicing their jump technique without the rope before moving into the real deal.

Garner is a health enthusiast and she works out hard to be fit and healthy. The “Peppermint” star has been working with trainer Simone De La Rue for years and they stick to a mix of strength training and cardio.

“She trains four to five days a week, when she’s not prepping for a movie,” De La Rue told Women’s Health magazine.

“We'll do something that's traditional strength training, and the next minute we’ll be dancing to build agility and core strength. I really mix it up, and we're never doing one thing. She does everything, which is incredible!”

In related news, Garner once spoke about her marriage with Ben Affleck. The “Miracles from Heaven” actress said that her marriage with the “Batman v Superman” actor was “real” and not just for the cameras. She confessed that it was a huge priority for her to keep their marriage, but it just didn’t work out.

Garner and Affleck share three children: Violet, 14, Seraphina, 11, and Samuel, 7.
