Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez have broken their silence amid reports that they have called it quits after four years together.

Multiple outlets, including CNN, People and Us Weekly, reported Friday that Lopez and Rodriguez have ended their two-year engagement. Now, the pair has released a statement addressing the split rumors.

"All the reports are inaccurate. We are working through some things," the singer and the former MLB star said in a statement to Page Six Saturday morning.

The outlet noted that the statement appeared "vague" and the couple known as "J-Rod" didn't specifically say whether they are still engaged.

"They are trying to work through things… but it’s unclear if that means they are staying together," an unnamed source "close to the couple" told Page Six.

Another anonymous insider "close" to Lopez and A-Rod said, "they have been separated, and they’ve been having issues that couples often have." Page Six reported Friday that they remain apart, with Rodriguez in Miami and Lopez filming her movie in the Dominican Republic.

Lopez and Rodriguez have been together for four years and have been engaged since 2019. They were supposed to tie the knot last year but called off their wedding twice due to the pandemic.

Prior to their statement, several outlets reported, citing unnamed sources, that the pair had been experiencing relationship issues for a while. One insider said they have not seen each other this month.

"The last time they had seen each other was March 1. They haven’t seen each other since then," the source told Us Weekly. "There have been issues in their relationship for a while now."

Another anonymous source told People their relationship had been "on the rocks for almost three months now."

"They've been trying to keep it together for the kids but everyone knew it wasn't going to work. They were going to buy a mega-mansion together and then that didn't happen, once they backed out of the deal all their friends down here [in Miami] knew," the source added.

A different source told Page Six they had been over for two weeks prior to the reports surfacing and things had not been good for them in the last few days. "They’ve been having some crazy issues," the source continued.

Another anonymous insider claimed they split due to Rodriguez's romance links to Madison LeCroy, per Page Six. The "Southern Charm" star confirmed on the show's Season 7 reunion back in January that she had been talking to a "very famous, married ex-MLB player."

But LeCroy later insisted to Page Six that they were just acquaintances and had never met in person, adding Rodriguez "never physically cheated on his fiancée with me."
