Jennifer Lopez's mom Guadalupe Rodriguez has always been rooting for "Bennifer," according to a new report.

Lopez and Affleck tied the knot on July 16, almost two decades after they called off their first engagement. After their intimate Las Vegas wedding, they jetted to Paris with their daughters, and sources told Entertainment Tonight that they are absolutely smitten with each other.

"They feel like they are the only two people in the room, or world, right now," an unnamed insider told the outlet.

"It's refreshing and sweet for their friends and family to see how much they love and care for one another," the source added. "Ben has been telling Jen how unbelievably happy he is that she is his wife."

According to the insider, Lopez's mother gushed that she "always knew Ben was the love of Jen's life" and was "so happy that Ben is officially part of the family."

Last year, just months after Lopez and Affleck rekindled their romance in April 2021, the actor was spotted alongside Rodriguez at the Wynn resort and casino in Las Vegas, where he filmed and directed a commercial, Page Six reported.

The pair were surrounded by a camera crew and security guards, with the 76-year-old enthusiastically talking to Affleck and the crew in-between takes.

Rodriguez filmed a cameo appearance in the star-studded ad for WynnBet, a mobile sports betting and iGaming app from Wynn resort and casino. The commercial, released in August last year, featured a funny interaction between Affleck and Lopez's mother.

In the clip, Rodriguez can be seen excitedly playing the slots while telling herself: "Come on, Lupe! You can do this girl. Just like the slots in St. Louis."

Affleck hears her as he walks past her and says to himself, "St. Louis?"

Following their nuptials, Affleck and Lopez flew to Paris. They were joined by the "Marry Me" star's daughter Emme, 14, and two of the "Justice League" actor's children with ex-wife Jennifer Garner: Violet, 16, and Seraphina, 13.

According to ET's source, the trip to Paris was initially just a vacation with their daughters and not a honeymoon.

"Ben and Jen had the best time in Paris," the insider said. "They went to the most popular restaurants and really had the time of their lives. It was so nice being away together with their kids and just eat, relax, celebrate Jen's birthday and have some time off from work. Jen and Ben both love Paris, and Jen especially finds it to be so romantic."

Emme and Seraphina were reportedly the only ones present when Lopez and Affleck exchanged "I do's" in Las Vegas earlier this month. An unnamed source told Page Six that the actor's eldest daughter wasn't present because "she's extremely loyal to her mom."

However, Violet was spotted stepping out with Lopez and Affleck for lunch in the French capital last week. The "Tender Bar" actor stood between his new wife and his daughter and had a supportive arm wrapped around both as they made their way out of their hotel.
