JoJo Siwa is opening up about her "rough experience" with Candace Cameron Bure.

In a viral TikTok video the 19-year-old professional dancer uploaded Sunday, Siwa named the "Full House" star, 46, the "rudest celebrity" she has ever met. Cameron Bure responded to the situation via social media, sharing the incident that made Siwa think she was rude and apologizing to the "Boomerang" singer.

Detailing her encounter with Cameron Bure, Siwa said in a new video obtained by Page Six exclusively: "You know, I had a rough experience when I was little. I was 11, and I was a big, big fan, and I wanted to take a picture with her, and it wasn't a good time for her."

But Siwa clarified that her one bad experience was not a reflection of Cameron Bure's character.

"I will say because I had a bad experience, that doesn't mean that she is an awful human," the YouTuber said. "I think it just was an inconvenient time for her, and little 11-year-old me was just so pumped up and so excited, but that doesn't mean she's the worst human ever."

According to the former "Dance Moms" star, she considered it "a rough experience" because she was a fan of Cameron Bure.

After Siwa's TikTok video went viral, Cameron Bure seemingly reacted by posting a cryptic Bible verse on her Instagram Story. "Trust in the Lord forever, for the Lord God is an everlasting rock," read the quote she posted from Isaiah 26:4.

But on Tuesday, Cameron Bure finally addressed the incident directly via Instagram and even apologized to Siwa.

According to the "Growing Pains" alum, she reached out to the teenager and asked why she was the "rudest celebrity" Siwa has ever met.

During their conversation, Cameron Bure learned she had snubbed Siwa when the then-preteen dancer asked her for a picture at the 2016 premiere of "Fuller House."

The actress told Siwa, who was 11 at the time, "Not right now," and then proceeded to "take pictures with other people."

Cameron Bure said she felt "crummy" hearing the story and apologized numerous times for "breaking" the child star's "heart." She added that she felt worse for likely hurting Siwa's mom's feelings at the time.

However, Cameron Bure said Siwa acknowledged during their chat that it was no longer "a big deal" and even felt somewhat "silly" telling her the story.

Siwa also reportedly told her, "You weren't even mean! And I get it now, as an adult."

Cameron Bure went on to express how powerful and harmful words can be, saying, "Even a 10-second trending TikTok video can do damage because our words matter and our actions matter."
