BTS' V and Grammy Album of the Year winner Jon Batiste gave fans a peek into their fun dinner meeting after Sunday's awards ceremony in Las Vegas.

Batiste shared a video Tuesday showing him sitting beside Kim Taehyung, aka V. The pair laughed as the 35-year-old musician learned to say, "It was a pleasure to meet you" and "thanks for the food" in Korean. Batiste captioned his post "Music, food and good vibes with my guy thv."

Following this, V posted a clip of him and Batiste leaving the restaurant. It shows the "I Need You" singer saying "Thanks for the food" in Korean. V captioned his post, "We had a good meal. It was delicious." The video went viral and received nearly 10 million likes.

Batiste, in a previous interview, said he was keeping in touch with V and that he had "a lot of love" for the "Butter" singers.

"I've been talking with V from BTS. He's an incredible musician and has a lot of cool stuff that they've been working on, and it's cool to have that kind of cultural exchange happen," Batiste told Twitter Spaces last month.

Since then, BTS fans, popularly known as ARMY, have been wishing for a collaboration between the two musicians.

"My dream interaction in the grammys? Kim Taehyung and @JonBatiste," a fan tweeted in February. The Recording Academy, which organizes the Grammy Awards, replied, "We'll send you a photo if this happens."

Batiste also spoke about V's strong positive impact when he commented on a tweet about BTS' U.S. tour in March.

"Kim Taehyung literally got all the reporters wrapped around his fingers. Also, he's so humble and polite to all, he greets and compliments the reporters," a fan tweeted and Batiste replied, "Such a great energy," before dropping three clapping emojis.

Batiste has worked with several artists like Stevie Wonder, Prince, Willie Nelson, Lenny Kravitz and Ed Sheeran. He also co-wrote the score for Pixar's animated film "Soul," which won him several awards, including the Academy Award for Best Original Score. Batiste is also the creative director of the National Jazz Museum in Harlem.
