Kaley Cuoco has officially filed for divorce from husband Karl Cook Friday with her millions protected in an “ironclad prenup.”

After three years of marriage, Cuoco, 35, filed the paperwork at the Superior Court of California for the county of Los Angeles on Sept. 3, the same day that the couple announced their separation, according to US Weekly.

Despite the regrettable ending of their marriage, the “Big Bang Theory” star will be keeping her millions.

Cuoco, who is estimated to be worth $100 million, has an “ironclad prenup in place,” a source said.

“Her assets are protected,” the source pointed out.

Last Friday, Cuoco and Cook, 30, jointly confirmed that they will be heading on different paths after three years of marriage.

“Despite a deep love and respect for one another, we have realized that our current paths have taken us in opposite directions. We have both shared so much of our journey publicly so while we would prefer to keep this aspect of our personal life private, we wanted to be forthcoming in our truth together. There is no anger or animosity, quite the contrary,” Cuoco and Cook said in a joint statement obtained by US Weekly.

“We have made this decision together through an immense amount of respect and consideration for one another and request that you do the same in understanding that we will not be sharing any additional details or commenting further,” the ex-couple added.

The court has ordered the duo to disclose their financial information within 60 days from the filing of the divorce.

Cuoco, who has been acting since she was a child, was receiving $1 million per episode of the "Big Bang Theory" by 2014, according to Deadline. The show ran from 2007 to 2019.

The “Charmed” alum met Cook, an equestrian, at a horse show in 2016. They got married in San Diego, California in June 2018.

Months before the split, the pair posted a sentimental tribute for their third wedding anniversary.

“NY, June 30th, 2016 is the year we met. 2 years to the day before we got married and now 3 years married! Why have you stayed married to me for so long?! I’m sincerely impressed @mrtankcook lol I love you oh so much you have no idea …happy anniversary!!!,” Cuoco wrote.

“I agree @kaleycuoco I am just as amazed it’s been three years, feel like just a flash. I love you so much and I can’t wait for a million more years!!,” Cook captioned his post.
