  • "The Kardashians" Season 1 finale featured the Kardashian family having a meeting to discuss Tristan Thompson's paternity scandal
  • Fans claimed that the scene may have been filmed two months after it first made headlines in early December
  • They accused the show of making it seem like the meeting happened shortly after news of the paternity scandal broke

Hulu's "The Kardashians" has been accused of staging the Kardashian family meeting during the series' season finale.

Social media users and Kardashian fans claimed that the meeting about Tristan Thompson's paternity scandal may have been filmed two months after it first made headlines, Page Six reported.

In the scene, it appeared that Kris Jenner, Corey Gamble, Kourtney Kardashian and Kim Kardashian decided to meet with Khloé Kardashian to discuss Thompson's latest scandal shortly after news broke that the NBA player fathered a child with another woman. Khloé did not show up.

However, eagle-eyed fans noticed that Kourtney's outfit, hairstyle and manicure in the scene were the same ones she sported when she was photographed in Malibu, California, in January, according to the outlet. Thompson's paternity scandal first made headlines in early December.

"The family meeting was filmed on January 31 based on Kourtney’s outfit. Khloé found out [around the] end of November/beginning of December when the documents leaked, and she did attend Christmas with the fam, so the meeting was staged," one online user posted on Reddit.

Hulu has not responded to requests for comment, according to the outlet.

Some fans also claimed that they felt the lack of emotion from the Kardashian family members during the meeting and that the Skims founder may have intentionally mentioned the family's Christmas card to make it seem like it was around the time the lawsuit became public.

"Explains why they were so emotionless about it all. I wish they had stuck to a real timeline rather than jumble it around to have a good final episode. Do better Hulu," one fan commented.

"This timeline is chaotic, I’m over it. Why even put out the season if it was gonna be edited so poorly?" another wrote.

"The meeting was so emotionless. This news was truly shocking, and to have them all together like '…' was so fake," a third fan wrote.

Khloé and Thompson, who share daughter True, officially ended their relationship after discovering the NBA player fathered another child, who was born on Dec. 1, with Maralee Nichols. At the time of the baby boy's conception, he was still in a relationship with Khloé.

During Thursday's season finale of "The Kardashians," Khloé opened up about learning of Thompson's paternity scandal for the first time.

"I find out what Tristan is doing with the rest of the world," Khloé said in a confessional. "A courtesy would be not doing it. But fine, if you do it, you're not even gonna be a f---ing heads up before the rest of the world? It's just an additional slap in my face. It's humiliating, I'm embarrassed."

She added, "Everything is an act of betrayal, everything is a lie. It's manipulation, it's deceit. Did Tristan have every opportunity to tell me? Yes. Was Tristan going to tell me if there wasn't a baby involved? Absolutely not. And that shows a lot about his character. The entire thing is despicable."
