Kate Gosselin’s rumored new man has spoken. The “Kate Plus 8” star recently denied having a romantic relationship with millionaire businessman and divorced father of three Jeff Prescott, but that didn’t stop the TLC star’s alleged new beau from speaking out about her to Radar Online.

While Prescott, 51, did not confirm he exclusively dating Kate in his interview with the webloid Thursday, he did reveal that he is forming a “business partnership” with the 39-year-old mother of eight and former “Celebrity Apprentice” contestant. According to the Dreamstime.com COO and co-founder, he is helping Kate create a charity that will aim to support single mothers “who are looking for hope.”

“Kate is a great candidate for a business leader and a good mom,” Prescott said. “She’s really smart.”

Despite failing to divulge details about his allegedly romantic relationship with Kate — the two are rumored to have been dating since October — Prescott did gush about her abilities to mother her 14-year-old twins, Maddie and Cara, and 10-year-old sextuplets, Aaden, Collin, Leah, Alexis, Hannah and Joel. “She’s a loving, caring mother. Her children come first,” Prescott said.

Unfortunately for Kate’s ex-husband and former co-star, Jon Gosselin, his comments were not equally kind. “She’s a single mother with a deadbeat father in the picture and eight kids. She has a lot on her plate,” Prescott said. “She does really well with what she has. The image people portray and who she really is are very different.”

Kate was first linked to Prescott, a Tennessee native, earlier this month. The duo were first seen together in New York City in the fall while Kate was filming Season 14 of “Celebrity Apprentice," a claim which Kate vehemently denies.

“I’m like, ‘Really?’” Kate recently told People Magazine when speaking about her reaction to the dating rumors. “I get it. Everyone wants me to be dating. I hear it loud and clear. It just doesn’t happen that easily, but I want it just as much as everyone else does.”
