Kate Middleton just made her first public appearance and everyone was looking forward to seeing her baby bump, but some were not happy to see that her bump was so tiny.

The Duchess of Cambridge has been suffering from hyperemesis gravidarum, which stopped her from pursuing her royal duties. Middleton was on a bed rest for weeks after the palace confirmed her third pregnancy. On Tuesday, the royal mom of two made her first public appearance at the reception for World Mental Health Day and many noticed the tiny bump behind her blue Temperley London dress.

Kensington Royal shared a snap of Middleton, Prince William and Prince Harry at the event on Instagram. In the photo, the Duchess of Cambridge's baby bump was so tiny that it was almost unnoticeable. Due to Middleton's tiny baby bump, many "bump-shamed" Prince William's wife, Elle reported.

Some questioned if Middleton is really pregnant. "She hardly looks preg!" one wrote on the comment section. "I can't believe she's prego, she looks too thin," another one commented. Another follower questioned the Duchess of Cambridge's pregnancy, "Really, Is she pregnant?" Some attacked Middleton's frame too by writing "Malnourished anorexic" and "Emaciated" (via Glamour) in the comment section.

While some attacked Middleton's tiny baby bump, more are happy that she's back. "Yeayyyy our duchess is BACK," one follower commented. "Love them and everything they do to raise awareness. Glad The Duchess is feeling better," another one wrote.

Many were grateful for Middleton, Prince William and Prince Harry's effort in promoting mental health. One follower from the United States wants the same campaign in her country. "I so appreciate them for all they do to help people understand that asking for help doesn't mean you're weak. I would really love if my government (USA) would reach out to discuss how to implement something similar over here. Clearly we need it!" beachydreaming73 wrote.

In related news, Middleton and Prince William's children Prince George and Princess Charlotte have a major influence on people's buying habits. A number of items related to the royal children are selling well online. Also, whatever Prince George and Princess Charlotte wear, it becomes the most search outfit online.
