Kate Middleton sported a casual look as she went for a stroll in Portsmouth in the south coast of England after she took part in a sailing race Friday. This was a different look for the Duchess of Cambridge, who is often seen in designer wears.

Middleton wore a black sweater, skinny jeans and black trainers adorned with turquoise-colored laces, according to pictures shared by Daily Mail Sunday, which added that the sweater seemed to be from American label J. Crew. Her trainers were reportedly worth 90 pounds ($130).

Middleton tied her wet hair back and, according to Daily Mail, the mother of two appeared to have been left breathless by her sailing experience.

The 34-year-old regularly works out to stay in shape. OK! magazine recently reported that even if “it’s just 15 minutes, [Middleton] does something to get her heart pumping every day.”

The duchess enlisted the help of a personal trainer for her workout regime after her pregnancy with Prince George in 2013. She has also included running and swimming for her daily cardio, the magazine reported, adding that Middleton’s diet primarily consists of fresh fruits, vegetables and lean meats and juices. However, she sometimes treats herself with dark chocolate and gummy candies.

Earlier this month, the Daily Star reported that Middleton wants to have a third baby and is hoping to conceive later this year. Middleton, who is reported to be traveling to Brazil for the Rio Olympics, does not want to risk the trip due to the prevalence of Zika virus, the paper said.
