Kate Middleton channeled a fairytale princess during her and Prince William's final glam event for their Caribbean tour.

After visiting Belize and Jamaica, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge touched down in The Bahamas Thursday for the final leg of their Caribbean tour.

On Friday, the royal couple attended a glittering evening reception hosted by the governor-general of The Bahamas, Sir Cornelius Alvin Smith, at Baha Mar Resort on the white sand beaches of Cable Beach in Nassau, People reported.

For the event, Middleton wore a bespoke, shimmering turquoise silk satin duchess gown with hand-tied shoulder bows from British designer Phillipa Lepley. The dress paid tribute to their host country's flag and gave the duchess a "Cinderella moment," the outlet noted.

Prince William, meanwhile, looked dapper in his blue velvet tux.

During the reception, Prince William and Duchess Kate met notable people from across the Bahamas' many islands, including community leaders.

The duke carried out a duty on behalf of his grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II, and awarded Platinum Jubilee medals to heads of emergency services in the Bahamas.

Middleton also spoke with guests about her and Prince William's outings earlier in the day.

"We spoke about how much she enjoyed seeing all the children in the school today and she hopes to come back with hers one day," said Charlene Pick, who was at the reception with her husband, Rev. Dr. Patrick Paul.

Christie Prosper, another guest, praised the Cambridges, describing them as "refreshing."

Meanwhile, guest Mildred Murphy shared that the roses on her dress caught Middleton's eye and received compliments from the duchess.

"She said I looked amazing and I said the roses were for the flower of England," Murphy said.

Prince William and Middleton had some sweet couple moments during the reception as well, according to People. While moving around the room, they caught each other's eye. Prince William told his wife, "Ah, hi!" and jokingly held out his hand to shake Middleton's, making her laugh.

Middleton's Phillipa Lepley gown was her third glam look of the couple's Caribbean tour.

The Duchess of Cambridge previously stunned in a hot pink metallic gown by designer The Vampire's Wife when she and Prince William attended an evening reception in Belize Monday. The future queen consort then dazzled in sparkling green Jenny Packham gown in Jamaica Wednesday.
