Prince William has revealed the sweet way his and Kate Middleton's eldest child Prince George is staying connected to his parents during the couple's ongoing royal tour.

While in Belize, the first stop of his and Middleton's eight-day tour of the Caribbean, the Duke of Cambridge shared that their 8-year-old son is keeping track of his parents' international trip by sticking pins on a map and sharing it with his siblings.

"We let them know where we are, and [George] finds us on the map and puts a pin in it and shares with [Princess Charlotte, 6, and Prince Louis, 3]," Prince William was quoted by People as saying at a special reception in Belize on Monday night.

Prince William first revealed his children's travel tradition earlier this month when he and Duchess Kate were visiting Wales.

When asked about his kids by a local named Liz Brewer, the royal responded, "The children are very well, thank you. They are always asking us where we are going. And we show them where we are on the map."

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge had their children on their minds throughout their three-day tour of Belize.

When they visited a family-run cocoa farm in the country Sunday, Middleton said, "I think our children will be very jealous," as she and her husband dipped tortilla chips into a chocolate fountain and sampled hot chocolate made from the organic farm.

Prince William also mentioned their children during a speech he gave at the Monday reception, which was held at the Mayan ruins at Cahal Pech and was attended by Belize Prime Minister Johnny Briceño.

"We hope to return again soon and to show our children this wonderful country," he said. "They are rather jealous that they are not here with us now!"

After wrapping up their visit to Belize, Middleton and Prince William flew to Jamaica Tuesday for the next leg of their Caribbean tour. They kicked off their visit by traveling to Trench Town, Kingston, and touring the Trench Town Culture Yard Museum, where Bob Marley lived.

The royals will then head to the Bahamas, where they will stay until Saturday.
