Kate Middleton and Prince William show their gratitude to the people who have been supporting them.

According to Hello, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have sent thank you cards to their fans. It featured a family photo which was taken at the Trooping the Colour in June 2017. In the snap, Prince William and Middleton are all smiles, while Prince George and Princess Charlotte stare at the sky to watch the flypast over Buckingham Palace.

"The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Prince George and Princess Charlotte are most grateful for the kind message you so thoughtfully sent for Christmas. Their Royal Highnesses send you their warmest thanks, with very best wishes for Christmas and for the New Year," the message read.

Prince William and Middleton's Christmas Thank You Card comes after they released a new family portrait for their Holiday Card. In that snap, the Cambridges wear coordinating pale blue outfits.

"The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are pleased to share a new photograph of their family. The image features on Their Royal Highnesses' Christmas card this year. The photograph was taken earlier this year by @ChrisJack_Getty at Kensington Palace."

Middleton looks stunning in the photo, but the Duchess of Cambridge only recycled her ensemble. Middleton first wore that pale blue dress in 2016, when she went on her first solo overseas trip to the Netherlands and met King Willem-Alexander at Villa Eikenhorst. Then she wore it again on Camilla Parker-Bowles 70th birthday in July.

However, what makes the photo controversial is what seemed to be Middleton's missing right arm. Alex Taylor even called for a petition to recover the Duchess' lost arm.

However, others believed that Middleton's right arm was behind Prince William because they were standing too close next to each other. But others find this too unlikely as the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge rarely touch each other in public. It could also be a bad edit.

In related news, Princess Charlotte will be starting her nursery class at Willcocks Nursery School in Kensington this week and her royal parents will be accompanying her on her first day of school. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were reportedly invited for a "stay and play" session. This is designed to help their daughter to be more relaxed and comfortable until such time that she is ready to attend her class by herself.
