Kate Middleton, 37, is, undeniably, one of the most influential women today. The wife of Prince William, 37, may be a part of the Royal family already but her privilege as the Duchess of Cambridge does not mean she is entirely immune to motherhood struggles.

At the moment, Kate and Prince William share three kids together, namely, Prince George, 5, Princess Charlotte, 4, and Prince Louis, 1.While the sister-in-law of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle enjoys raising her children, Kate claimed that she experiences motherhood difficulties as well.

“It’s so hard. You get a lot of support with the baby as a mother particularly in the early days but after the age of one it falls away,” Kate Middleton said, per the Daily Mail. “After that there isn’t a huge amount — lots of books to read. Everybody experiences the same struggle,” Prince William’s wife added.

Kate, in a 2017 speech, even advocated for moms to speak up about their mental health needs after welcoming their bundles of joy. The elder sister of Pippa Middleton described motherhood as an “overwhelming” experience before adding that it could lead to “lack of confidence” and “feelings of ignorance” at times -- including her.

“Personally, becoming a mother has been such a rewarding and wonderful experience,” Kate Middleton, previously, said. “However, at times it has also been a huge challenge. Even for me who has support at home that most mothers do not,” she went on.

Meanwhile, recent rumors are suggesting that Kate and Prince William might add another member to their adorable brood. However, Showbiz Cheat Sheet revealed why it is very unlikely for the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge to have a fourth baby.

Besides the fact that raising three children is already a huge challenge for the couple, the outlet suggested having a fourth baby might affect Kate Middleton and Prince William’s relationship with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. Showbiz Cheat Sheet based its assumption on the latest interview of the Duke of Sussex with activist Jane Goodall, where he said that he and his wife are planning to have two kids at maximum.

Prince Harry said overpopulation can have negative effects on the environment. Because of this, some royal fans started speculating that a fourth baby might cause some tension between the Duke of Cambridge and Meghan Markle’s husband, who, by the way, are reportedly not on good terms lately. Kate Middleton and Prince William have yet to comment on these claims.
