Kate Middleton and Prince William ended their summer break with Queen Elizabeth II ahead of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s arrival in Balmoral.

Last week, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were spotted taking a commercial flight to Scotland to spend time with the Queen for her annual summer break in her favorite home, Balmoral Castle. Prince William and Middleton were photographed with their three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex weren’t able to join them last weekend since Prince Harry still had a scheduled engagement. However, by the looks of things, there are no chances that the Cambridges and Sussexes would be reuniting at Balmoral with the Queen because the Cambridges already left.

On Tuesday, Prince William and Middleton took another commercial flight to travel home after spending the weekend with Queen Elizabeth II. The family were spotted around 2:40 p.m at Aberdeen Airport, The Sun reported.

There have been rumors that the Cambridges and the Sussexes are feuding. Before Prince William and Middleton flew to Scotland, reports claimed that they wanted to avoid Prince Harry and Markle due to the latter’s “tactless jibe” against them.

Prince Harry was accused of throwing some shade at his brother and sister-in-law when he said that he only wanted two kids to save the planet because fewer kids are better for the environment. Prince William and Middleton are already parents to three children.

Meanwhile, many were convinced that Markle took a swipe at Middleton when she refused to grace the cover of British Vogue magazine which she co-edited. According to the Duchess of Sussex, she didn’t want to appear “boastful.” Just three years ago, Middleton appeared on the same magazine cover for its centenary issue.

Prince Harry and Markle were both criticized for their statements. Aside from being accused of throwing shade at the Cambridges, many slammed the royal couple for being hypocrites.

Prince Harry has kept on promoting the environment, but he also continues to fly in private jets. Meanwhile, Markle has appeared on several magazine covers in the past.

“I think that’s hypocrisy on a grand scale. She has been on covers of big magazines as well, she was on the cover just before she was married,” royal commentator Carole Malone said of Markle.
