Fans of the reality TV series “Keeping Up with the Kardashians,” need to brace themselves for an explosive new episode next Sunday. Season 11 continues with a drama-filled episode this week, and the teaser hints at a chilling incident, which involves a 911 call. [Warning: Spoiler Alert]

E! Online shared a teaser video for the upcoming episode of “Keeping up With the Kardashians” Season 11. The 30-second spot only features some text and sound bytes, but the effect is spine-tingling. “The life-changing episode that you will never forget,” reads the text.

In the background, sound bytes could be heard. Someone who sounds like Kourtney Kardashian asks, “Hi. What’s wrong?” Kim Kardashian then says: "She calls me hysterical," before Khloe Kardashian pleads “Tell me where you are so I can help you.” In the end, momager Kris Jenner could be heard saying “Call 911 immediately, no joke."

The 911 reference points to a medical emergency. The most highly-publicized Kardashian family medical incident that occurred last year, is of course Lamar Odom’s overdose at a Nevada brothel. However, the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” Episode 9 synopsis shared by TV Guide, hints that a different family member encountered an emergency.

Kris encourages her daughters to take a genetic test to determine their risks for cancer, but not everyone is on board. Meanwhile, Kendall struggles to find a balance in her relationship with Caitlyn; and the family help Scott, who hits a low point while Kourtney is out of town with friends.

It appears that Scott Disick might have been the subject of the emotional exchange between the Kardashian-Jenner women. Could this be the incident that landed him in rehab back in October? Find out this Sunday at 9:00 p.m. ET only on E!.
