Love may be what the world really does need right now, and Hallmark is making sure they get it in the best way possible—through song—with the premiere of their newest romance flick, “In The Key of Love,” starring Laura Osnes and Scott Michael Foster.

Fans of Hallmark may recognize Osnes from her role in the 2019 Hallmark Movies and Mysteries Christmas movie “A Homecoming for the Holidays,” but she’s likely best known for her extensive career on Broadway, which was kick-started after she won the television competition series “Grease: You’re the One That I want!” in 2007.” Following that win, she went on to not only star as Sandy in that Broadway production but also in the Broadway shows “South Pacific,” “Anything Goes,” “Bonnie and Clyde,” “Cinderella” and “Bandstand.”

As for Foster, this is his Hallmark debut, but fans of the star definitely will recognize him for his roles as Cappie on “Greek,” Leo on “Chasing Life” and Nathaniel on “Crazy Ex-Girlfriend.”

So what will happen when this duo takes TV screens—and the stage—together? Let’s find out.

“Photographer Maggie (Osnes) learns her ex-boyfriend/ex singing partner (Foster) is in the wedding she is working,” a synopsis for the film reveals.

Naturally, seeing her ex again will be a shock for Maggie, and of course, the two will also find themselves dealing with the tension over their reunion as the wedding continues coming together. However, when circumstances force them to both hit the stage together, they could wind up realizing that there was something about them that always worked well together.

“Tensions run high until they sing together, remembering how good they were as a duo,” the synopsis reads.

Will the music (and some love in the air) mean a rekindled romance for the pair?

“In The Key of Love” airs Saturday at 9 p.m. EDT on Hallmark Channel.
