Khloe Kardashian is brushing off the shade over her looks.

In an interview with Elle, the reality star revealed how she feels about criticism aimed at her appearance, admitting that she used to be affected by comments from people she doesn’t know. Kardashian said these would “definitely bug” her, especially since she would never leave hate comments herself.

“Now I really don't care. Maybe if I'm having a bad day. But typically, I would say 90 percent of the time, it doesn't affect me,” the mom-of-one said.

However, there are times when Kardashian would clap back at her critics, especially when “they’re just asking for it.”

“Sometimes I have to f--k with people a little bit... I try not to!” she added.

Her fans have witnessed Kardashian responding to naysayers with humor. The most recent example was the reality star joking about working for Nicole Richie as an assistant “five faces ago” on the “Emergency Contact” podcast.

Earlier this month, Kardashian also responded to shade over her appearance after she posted a photo of her latest transformation on Instagram.

“Money spent well,” one commenter said, prompting Kardashian to respond, “the shade of it all.” She appeared unfazed as she added some laughing crying emojis to her reply.

This wasn’t the first time Kardashian’s social media posts stirred controversy. In May, she shared a series of selfies, which earned a mixed response from fans and netizens.

Some showered her with praise for her glow, but others poked fun at Kardashian, accusing her of using Photoshop on the pictures.

“[F]irst of all khloe kardashian gave herself an entire new face. she took touching up to an entire new level,” a Twitter user said.

“[S]econd of all, she forgot to photoshop her necklace chain too. girlie you ain’t foolin anybody,” the person added.

However, when the influential clan’s E! reality show aired in August showing Kardashian rocking the same look, fans were quick to notice that her appearance seemed different from her photos.
