Kim Kardashian Emotional After Kanye West Secures Her Remaining Sex Tape From Ray J

It looks like Kim Kardashian will no longer have to worry about her sex tape. In a recent episode of "The Kardashians," the SKIMS founder was in tears after finding out her former husband, Kanye West, acquired the last footage for her.

Kim revealed the remaining footage of her infamous sex tape with Ray J, which leaked in 2007, was in the custody of West. Speaking to Kris Jenner, Khloe Kardashian, and other members of the family, an emotional Kim recalled how West had got her the last footage.

“He got me all of the sex tape back,” she said. “And he flew home and he got the computer it was on and the hard drive. He met up with Ray J at the airport.”

As threats of a second sex tape had troubled her ahead of her hosting “Saturday Night Live” in last October, West’s gesture was certainly a relief to Kim. “I know Kanye did this for me, but he also did this for my kids.”

“I want to shield them from as much as I can. And if I had the power to or if Kanye has the power to or if Kanye has the power to, like, that is just the most important thing to me. And I’m just so emotional because of it.”

After Kim’s emotional confession, Jenner thanked West for the gesture. “Thank you for Kanye and for his unbelievable way he does things and the ability to get something done. And probably a big, fat, huge check. So we’re all very grateful.”

The rapper, however, denied paying for the hard drive.

“We’re not getting extorted ever again,” he said.

Meanwhile, West brought up the acquisition of the sex tape in an interview following her split from Kim. At that time, rumors of Kim and Pete Davidson seeing each other were already rife.

“How you gonna bring me to ‘SNL’ and kiss the dude you dating right in front of me?” he said. “And everybody’s like, ‘Oh, that’s, that’s cool.’ After I went and got the laptop from Ray J myself that night, right?”

Kim filed for divorce from West in February after nearly seven years of being together.
