  • Kim Kardashian went all out for this year's Halloween with skeleton-themed home decorations

  • The "Kardashians" star revealed that she went for a "more tonal palette" this year

Kim Kardashian is so ready for Halloween.

The 42-year-old Skims founder has brought her A-game for this year's Halloween festivities as she prepared the spookiest and one of the most realistic home decorations for the holiday.

Kardashian and her 9-year-old daughter North gave a glimpse of their impressive Halloween decorations at their massive Los Angeles mansion via Kim's Instagram reel on Wednesday.

"I decided to do like a skeleton theme [this year]," the reality star shared as she panned the camera to show a large tree in her front yard covered with skeleton bone decorations that she had custom-made. She then showed human-like decorations, which she described as "creepy people," who looked like they were having a bonfire.

That's not all the reality star had in store because her front yard featured her "favorite" decorations, which were hand sculptures that seemed to look like the dead rising from their graves.

"My favorite part [is] these hands," Kardashian revealed while showing the sculptures on the ground. "I had like a molding party, and they were all molded." She added that the hands were replicas of all her family and loved ones' hands.

"I did everyone we know that wanted to come over for a little hand mold," she said.

The business mogul zoomed in on her hand mold, which featured long nails since she had her long acrylic nails done when it was made. Kardashian also showed one of the most creative molds — that of her personal chef's — holding a threatening fake knife.

Kardashian revealed that she opted for a "more tonal palette this year," then proceeded to show more of what she had prepared, including a "really cool" skull arch wrapped around her front door and a "creepy situation" inside her home which featured a mummy. Cobweb decor also proliferated her hallway.

The decor revelation received praise from impressed social media users. But some were concerned about how the reality star would dispose of the decorations after the spooky holiday, claiming that it was "wasteful."

"This is so cool," one user said.

Another commented, "So extra [and] I'm here for it."

"What do [you] do with the stuff after? Hopefully, donate," a third user expressed, while another bluntly stated, "It's cute but so wasteful. All the parties and [the] amounts of food at each party, everything is just so wasteful. But when you're wealthy, who cares, right?"

The all-white theme seemed to match the interiors of her $60 million Hidden Hills mansion, well-known for its simple and minimalist aesthetic. Kardashian reportedly purchased the mansion with ex-husband Kanye West for $20 million back in 2014, and it underwent massive remodeling. The former couple hired Belgian architect Axel Vervoordt to create the interiors, People reported.

Kardashian was pretty much fond of her lavish abode and even described it as her "zen" in an episode of "Live With Kelly and Ryan" in April.

"My house has to be really zen because life, as soon as I step outside, life outside of this house is not zen," the reality star shared before adding that her children hated the "boring" monochromatic color scheme and minimalist interior.

Last year, Kardashian gained sole ownership of the Hidden Hills estate amid the looming divorce rumors with the 45-year-old rapper-turned-designer.

Based on court documents obtained by TMZ, the reality star would be keeping the home where she had been living with her four children. She also allegedly negotiated to buy out the price for the property.

Kardashian and West officially divorced in March. The former couple share four children: North, 6-year-old Saint, 4-year-old Chicago and 3-year-old Psalm.
