Each game will cost $59.99 except for “Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 + 2.5 Remix,” which will be sold for $49.99. Each title contains multiple games from the series, so players can expect to experience all of the most important points of the main trilogy.

That said, players can expect to experience the franchise’s long-running and complex lore in its most refined form.

Kingdom Hearts” is a beloved franchise that merges the whimsical world of Disney with the awe-inspiring universe(s) of “Final Fantasy.” For so long, fans were only able to officially play the franchise’s many games on handheld gaming platforms like the Nintendo DS and Gameboy or Playstation consoles.

“Kingdom Hearts” follows the story of Sora and his quest to save the Disney worlds from the encroaching hordes of Heartless. In his journey, Sora meets iconic characters from Disney and “Final Fantasy” such as Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, Goofy, Cloud Strife and Sephiroth as well as a cast of original characters that exclusively appear in “Kingdom Hearts.”

The franchise mixes hack-and-slash style action with combat elements from “Final Fantasy” such as the spellcasting, the use of special abilities, an AP system, Summonable characters and party-based combat.

Players will get to explore notable locations found in various Disney titles such as Agrabah from “Aladdin,” Atlantica from “The Little Mermaid” and Port Royal from “The Pirates of the Caribbean.”
