Kourtney Kardashian’s Drummer Boyfriend Teaches Her Daughter Drum Roll

Kourtney Kardashian’s baby girl, Penelope Scotland, turned nine Thursday and the little girl seems to be heading for a career in music.

In her Instagram post, the oldest Kardashian sister shared a photo and video clips of the birthday girl posing and playing with her new drum set gifted to her by her mom’s boyfriend, Travis Barker.

“My birthday girl! My favorite girl in the entire world. I am so happy and proud to be your mommy. I cannot believe that you are 9. My life is sooooo much better because of you,” Kourtney, 42, captioned her post.

In the clips, the Blink-182 drummer was seen teaching Penelope how to play the instrument. In the photo, Penelope was seen posing while seated in front of the pink children's drum kit that was monogrammed with her name on the front of the instrument. The small drum set was situated on a matching blush pink fur rug.

In the second slide of the post, Travis is seen sipping coffee while tapping on the cymbals with Penelope hitting the drums.

The last slide shows Travis tutoring Penelope about doing a drum roll and telling her, “That’s good. You are a smart kid.”

Travis reacted to the drum roll saying, "Yeah, it's hard to get between these two," as he pointed to the different parts of the drum, People reported.

He also shared a cute video of Penelope beginning to play while mom Kourtney laughs alongside her. "Happy Birthday Penelope!!!" Travis captioned his Instagram Story with a party hat emoji.

The Poosh founder also shared the video clip to her Instagram Story, adding a red heart emoji to it.

The daughter of Kourtney and Scott Disick also received birthday wishes from her grandma and the rest of the Kardashian-Jenner family.

"Happy birthday to my little cutie pie granddaughter Penelope!" Kris Jenner captioned the post, adding, "You are the brightest light, the smartest girl, the most amazing chef, an incredible musician, the most creative at planning special events and surprises, the most thoughtful granddaughter, amazing daughter, sister, cousin and niece and make every single day I am with you very special!"

The birthday girl’s aunts, Khloe and Kim, also wished her.

Kourtney and Travis first admitted they were a couple in January and have since been open about their relationship.
