Kylie Jenner may not be eating air as many critics have suggested over the years, but her actual diet doesn’t sound much more satisfying.

The Kardashians have long been criticized for promoting fad diets and laxative pills on their social media. A variety of memes and vines have been created about the Health Nut salads the family is seen eating almost every episode of “Keeping Up with the Kardashians,” and Jenner admits she is also a fan.

However, Jenner’s diet focuses on one key ingredient: bone broth. Harper’s BAZAAR recently released a video interview with Jenner where she talks about her daily routine of drinking bone broth mixed with lavender and lemon— about two jars a day.

“I don’t just drink bone broth in the morning, I do sip on bone broth all day.”

The 22-year-old's other favorite drink of choice is a glass of freshly juiced celery. She revealed she has an entire drawer in her refrigerator completely devoted to raw celery.

For those that might be wondering how she survives on juice and broth alone, she doesn’t. Jenner's lunch and dinner menus include a few normal items as well, mostly consisting of lemon chicken and vegetables, tacos or salad. She is also a huge fan of pomegranate seeds and said: “I could eat jars of them.”

During her pregnancy with Stormi, Jenner allowed herself to give in to cravings though. Her biggest pregnancy craving was In-N-Out burgers. The reality star went to In-N-Out “at least once a week” while pregnant, and said her go-to order is a double cheeseburger with special sauce and grilled onions, well-done fries and a coke.

Like most people, Jenner can’t always avoid coffee either.

“I am a coffee and a tea drinker, but I have tried to cut back a little bit,” Jenner said.

She also admitted she’s a fan of a good vanilla iced latte with oat milk, an occasional Corona light with lime and white wine.
