Not long after the Monday night episode of “Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood” aired, fans began to tweet about an altercation that transpired between cast members Masika Kalysha and Hazel E.

On Tuesday, Masika revealed why the two got into a fight while taping the VH1 series. “I don’t condone fighting. There’s nothing cool or cute or ladylike about it. Period. However once you speak on my child all bets are off,” she tweeted.

In the midst of her tweets, Masika also hinted once again that she and Fetty Wap have been working things out. Along with tweeting that her ex-boyfriend was her next boyfriend, the star revealed that she told her boyfriend what happened with Hazel E. “I told bae what I did he’s disappointed I let grandma nose get me outside of my character,” she wrote, adding that he said he still loved her.

Attempting to describe what happened between the two women, an extra at the venue revealed that the fight was a scene set up by the reality series. “Bruh the club wasn’t even open. It was just like 12 of us hired ‘extras’ scattered around to witness the mess and make it look like somethin,” the alleged eyewitness wrote on Twitter.

“@masikakalysha snatched @hazelebaby wig for a hot second before security swooped them up,” the extra wrote reflecting on the tense moment. He went onto reveal that after the ladies were pulled apart they continued to hurl threats and insults at one another until someone left.

The fan described that the crew allegedly set the ladies up to fight because they hid Hazel in the back until Masika arrived. On her part, Hazel claimed that she didn’t know what was going on but insisted that she won the fight against Masika.

“At least I ain’t get jumped & stood my ground, how you run up & get beat up,” Hazel tweeted.

Hazel and Masika’s drama dates back to the earlier seasons when Hazel was seeing former cast member Yung Berg. The two were not in an exclusive relationship together but they saw each other often enough that Hazel declared her love for him many times.

When the two began to grow apart, Berg took an interest in Masika who he was already friends with and the two began dating which upset Hazel and caused an epic feud between the two women. Masika and Berg eventually broke up in November 2014 after he was arrested for assaulting her and fired from the show.

Shortly after news of his arrest surfaced, VH1 released a statement cutting ties with the artist. “Based on the severity of the allegations against Yung Berg, VH1 is terminating its relationship with him in connection with ‘Love & Hip Hop Hollywood,’ effective immediately,” the statement read.

“Yung Berg was arrested on November 5th and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing in connection with an assault on fellow cast member Masika Tucker,” the statement continued.

Despite the violent end of their romance, Masika and Hazel’s feud continues to this day. As of now, Hazel has made her Instagram account private and Masika has gone on to like tweets from fans that state she was right to attack Hazel and that she won the fight. “LHHH” has only aired five episodes which means it is more than likely that this is not the last time Masika and Hazel will face off.

“Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood” Season 4 airs Mondays at 8 p.m. EDT on VH1.
