Lil Nas X has revealed he is finally in love after having good and bad relationships in the past.

The 22-year-old rapper, whose real name is Montero Lamar Hill, was featured in Variety's 2021 Power of Young Hollywood issue. In an interview with the outlet, he said he "had some good boyfriends and some bad ones."

"A lot of them were emotionally unavailable or had a lot of insecurity and whatnot," he explained.

Despite this, Lil Nas X believes he "found someone special now" and even thinks "this is the one."

"I can't explain it — it's just a feeling," he said.

While Lil Nas X did not disclose who this "someone special" is, there have been speculations that he is dating Yai Ariza, the Colombia-born backup dancer who kissed the rapper during BET Awards 2021 on June 28.

Following the kiss, the dancer took to his Instagram and wrote, "Thank you so much @lilnasx & @itsbankhead for making me part of this historic and iconic moment for our community!"

It wasn't the first time Lil Nas X and Ariza had a PDA-filled moment on stage. During a performance of "Montero (Call Me by Your Name)" on "Saturday Night Live" in May, the dancer licked the rapper's neck.

Ariza also posted about it on his Instagram account. In the caption, he wrote, "This moment right here _ Yes, It's me licking @lilnasx Neck __ ."

Lil Nas X publicly announced that he's gay on July 1, 2019.

"Some of y'all already know, some of y'all don’t care, some of y'all not gone fwm no more. but before this month ends I want y'all to listen closely to c7osure," the rapper said in a tweet.

In May, Lil Nas X opened up about his fear of disclosing his sexual preferences.

"I was afraid because I knew the world was watching, and all I ever saw for boys like me was judgment and ridicule, but it was because the world was watching, that I knew I had to stand in my truth," he explained at Emil Wilbekin's Native Son Awards.

Lil Nas X, who is best known for his smash hit "Old Town Road," dropped the music video for "Industry Baby" on July 23.
