NBA’s wonder player and a Harvard graduate, Jeremy Lin, has once again proved his mettle leading his team the New York Knicks to the eighth triumph.

The New York Knicks defeated the Dallas Mavericks in their NBA basketball game at Madison Square Garden in New York, Sunday.

He played terrific. He was good in the pick-and-roll and more than anything he lined us up one-on-one,” Mavericks coach Rick Carlisle told ESPN.

Jeremy Lin’s 28 points and 14 assists helped Knicks wreck Mavericks’s six-game winning streak with 104-97.

“He threw in two or three shots at the end of the shot clock, and one or two of them were 3. You have to give him credit, he’s playing great, Carlisle said.

“I was watching them (Dallas Mavericks ) win the championship last year and that’s obviously where this team wants to go,” Lin said at a news conference. “This is helpful to see where our team can go and what we can become.”
