‘Lucifer’
What will Lucifer (Tom Ellis) do with his family and loved ones in “Lucifer” Season 2, episode 14? FOX

Lucifer Morningstar (Tom Ellis) has decided to leave his family and friends behind, but it’s expected that this will just be temporary.

In the promo released by FOX for “Lucifer” Season 2, episode 14, titled “Candy Morningstar,” Lucifer will seek revenge on all of those who have wronged him. He recently found out that Charlotte (Tricia Helfer), Amenadiel (D.B. Woodside) and Maze (Lesley-Ann Brandt) knew the truth about Chloe (Lauren German), but no one cared to tell him anything. The lead character also discovered that his dad, God, put Chloe in his path to test him, which could mean that Chloe’s feelings for Lucifer may not necessarily be real.

The promo also hinted on the possibility of Lucifer letting his dark side take over once again. When he first arrived in Los Angeles, Lucifer acted like a real devil. However, the more time he spent with humans, the more he became one with them. Lucifer became more caring and realized that he’s also capable of loving when he started spending time with Chloe, Dan (Kevin Alejandro), Ella (Aimee Garcia), Trixie (Scarlett Estevez) and Dr. Linda Martin (Rachael Harris).

However, Lucifer’s stint in the city could be shortlived. His mom, Charlotte, has always wanted her sons to return to Hell with her. However, Lucifer has been saying no to her because he wants to be with Chloe.

In episode 13, titled “A Good Day to Die,” Lucifer returned to Hell to get a potion from Dr. Jacob Carlisle (Tim DeKay). In episode 14, it seems that he will once again return to his original home, but this time it is to spite the people who love and care about him the most.

“Lucifer” Season 2, episode 14 will air on FOX on May 1 at 9 p.m. EST.
