Boxing legend Manny Pacquiao (60-7-2, 39 KOs) defends his WBA welterweight world title against Adrien Broner (33-3-1, 24 KOs) on Saturday at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

Pacquiao weighed in Friday at 146 pounds, while Broner came in at 146.5 pounds for their bout at 147-pounds.

Pacquiao, 40, is coming off a technical knockout win over Lucas Matthysse after his controversial defeat to Jeff Horn in July 2017.

Freddie Roach, Pacquiao's longtime trainer in Los Angeles, is back after being absent from the fight against Matthysse. Roach will serve as an assistant to trainer Buboy Fernandez.

There had been talk that Pacquiao could have a rematch against Floyd Mayweather in December 2018 but the fight failed to materialize.

Broner is looking for the biggest victory of his career after a draw with Jessie Vargas and a unanimous decision loss to Mikey Garcia. The 29-year-old has fought several elite boxers but is seeking a signature win since making his professional debut in 2008.

Pacquiao reportedly will make a $10 million guarantee along with a percentage of the PPV profits, while Broner will take $2.5 million guarantee and a backend percentage.

Betting Odds

Pacquiao is the heavy favorite at -400, while Broner is the +300 underdog.
