Meg Ryan made her first public appearance in over a year at Paris Fashion Week on Monday. The Hollywood actress, who looked flawless while posing for pictures, attended the Schiaparelli Haute Couture Fall/Winter 2015-16 show, according to Mirror U.K.

Ryan was dressed in a form-fitting navy dress with long sleeves. She looked simple and the dress flattered her slender figure. The dress featured a high neck and zipper detailing on one side in the front. The 53-year-old actress was glowing, thanks to her natural makeup. Her short blonde bob was styled in waves with an off-center part. She turned heads as she attended the fashion show.

The actress accessorized her look with a large gold laser cut bangle. She carried a black and gold clutch bag. She added height to her slender frame in a pair of black caged heels. Ryan protected her eyes from the sunlight in a pair of black sunglasses. Meg also smiled and waved at cameras as she readied for the show. The actress revealed an incredibly taut face, even the shape of her nose was different and there was a strained appearance around her eyes.

She looked a far cry from the bubbly blonde from hit romantic comedies. It is not the first time the mother-of-two has raised eyebrows due to her dramatically different appearance. In 2010 she drew comparisons to Leslie Ash with her "trout pout."

Prior to Monday, Ryan’s last official public appearance was the 41st Annual Chaplin Award Gala in April 2014. At the awards function, she was pictured in an off-shoulder creation made up of sheer black lace. She teamed it with a pair of high heel leather sandals. For the runway show, the blonde beauty was seated next to Czech model Petra Němcová.

The “You Have Got Mail” star’s last movie was “Serious Moonlight,” which was released in 2009. The actress currently has her hands full with her next film, “Ithaca,” which she directs and stars in. The film is scheduled for release Dec. 31. The movie is based on the 1943 novel “The Human Comedy” by William Saroyan. “Ithaca” will also star Ryan’s 23-year-old son Jack Quaid and her former co-star Tom Hanks.
