The Mega Millions jackpot has grown after the Friday night lottery drawing, due to no winners for the $660 million grand prize. However, there were plenty of small wins that resulted from the latest drawing.

The winning Mega Millions numbers drawn on Friday, July 22 were 14, 40, 60, 64, 66, with a gold Mega Ball of 16. The Megaplier was 3X.

Since there were no grand prize winners for the Friday night drawing of $660 million with a cash value of $388 million, the jackpot went unclaimed.

The next Mega Millions drawing will be worth an estimated $790 million with a cash option of $464.4 million. The numbers will be drawn on Tuesday, July 26.

Despite there being no grand prize lottery winners on Tuesday night, one player from Virginia managed to become an instant millionaire after hitting the Match 5.

However, a player in Delaware, New Jersey, and another in New York managed to hit the Match 5 with the Megaplier, winning $3 million apiece.

There were 105 players that hit the Match 4 plus the gold Mega Ball, winning $10,000 each. Meanwhile, 16 of those players hit the Match 4 plus the gold Mega Ball with the Megaplier and won $30,000.

The other wins from the night ranged between $2 and $1,500. A total of 3,428,412 players won prizes from the Friday night jackpot.

There have been 28 drawings since the jackpot was last won on April 15 in Tennessee. If the $790 million jackpot is won on Tuesday, it would become the third largest prize in Mega Millions history.

Jackpot winners can receive their grand prize winnings through a one-time lump sum payment or an annuity.

Those who opt for the annuity receive one immediate payment, followed by 29 annual payments that increase by 5% each year.

Mega Millions can be played in 45 states, as well as the District of Columbia and the Virgin Islands.
