Meghan Markle reportedly boasted with her friends about giving away marijuana during her first wedding to Trevor Engelson in Jamaica.

In the leaked emails obtained by The Sun, one of Markle’s friends encouraged her to buy a certain type of bag, and the Duchess of Sussex said that she had already ordered them. Markle said that she got the tiny ones for the pot that say “shh.”

Markle reportedly also bragged about personally ordering small muslin bags for the marijuana and placing them inside glitzy gift bags that she handed out to her and Engelson’s wedding guests.

Last month, Markle’s dad Thomas Markle Sr., was the first person to reveal that Prince Harry’s wife gave away marijuana during her first wedding years ago. And the leaked emails confirmed that Markle was directly involved in the planning of the drug-related stunt.

While speaking with Daily Mail, the 74-year-old said that he didn’t miss his daughter’s first wedding, contrary to rumors. In fact, he also posed for a photo with the “Suits” alum while they were in Jamaica.

“The picture was taken when I walked into her bungalow just moments before the ceremony was due to start. I was so proud and overcome with emotion to see my baby in a white gown looking so beautiful,” he gushed.

Thomas also said that he and Doria Ragland, Markle’s mom, both walked her down the aisle.

At the time of Markle and Engelson’s wedding, weed was still illegal in Jamaica. In 2015, the laws were relaxed and allowed to make possession of small amounts of cannabis a petty offense, which means it could not lead to a criminal conviction.

The insider, who attended Markle’s first wedding, called the gathering a “boozy beach wedding with a magical backdrop” and an epic weekend under the stars and sun. And even though Markle gave away small amounts of weed during her wedding, the insider said she didn’t smoke much herself.

“It didn’t seem like it was really her thing,” the source said.

But Engelson and his friends appeared to have more experience with smoking marijuana.
