Meghan Markle knows how to stay fit and maintain her waistline, but you will be surprised with her food choices.

The "Suits" actress loves food and she has some weird tastes when she mixes fruits with other flavorings. But, she is also a fan of everyone's favorite snack. Check out some of Markle's preferred goodies here, according to Elite Daily.

Wine

Prince Harry is known to be a party boy but his future wife's drink choice is not a top-shelf liquor, but a classic glass of wine. In fact, Markle said that she is willing to give up chocolate desserts for a "big, beautiful red" wine.

Apple with almond butter and sea salt

Markle has not gotten over the elementary days where kids love to dip their apple into a mount of nut butter. She still loves this until today.

However, the "Horrible Bosses" star has added a twist to her go-to-snack fruit. Sometimes she adds a sprinkle of sea salt in it.

Watermelon and cinnamon

If apple with sea salt appears weird for some, Markle's taste buds do not stop there. The "Remember Me" star confessed that she loves watermelon sprinkled with cinnamon. According to Prince Harry's fiancée, this is a special treat as cinnamon adds an "elevated flavor" to the hydrating fruit.

Macaroni & Cheese

Markle also gives in to guilty pleasures with Annie's Organic Macaroni and Cheese. In an interview with Athena Calderone of the blog EyeSwoon, she admitted that this is her "childlike meal."

"I now buy the Annie's organic one if I’m craving it, but I throw some frozen peas into it and have this gooey simple childlike meal," Markle said. "I used to cook it for the kids I would babysit and I always enjoyed feeling like a kid and eating it with them."

French Fries

Just like most of us, Markle also loves French fries. In fact, she confessed that she is hoping for a lunch date on her calendar so she "can share fries."

Although Markle also opts for unhealthy food sometimes, she makes sure that she never overindulges. Also, she prefers green juice than espresso to boost her in the morning.

Since Markle's royal wedding to Prince Harry is fast approaching, the princess in waiting may have to say no to her guilty pleasure food choices. When she filmed "Suits," Markle had this "filming" diet.

The diet involves drinking hot water with lemon in the morning, followed by porridge with banana and agave syrup. For lunch, Markle opts for apple and almonds. For her dinner, she has soup or pasta. Markle may stick to this diet until her big day.
