  • Meghan Markle and Prince Harry were told to be confident and remain strong amid the ceaseless criticisms

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry had been through a lot in 2019. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have become favorite subjects of criticisms since they announced their relationship in 2016. Their situation exacerbated after they tied the knot on May 19, 2018, with some critics claiming that the former “Suits” actress is unfit to become part of the royal family.

Things went sourer for the Sussexes after Prince Harry announced that he is taking legal action against two major British publications over an alleged phone-hacking, breach of copyright and misuse of private information, per Forbes. Meghan and her husband, then, came under fire for launching a war against the media.

In ITV’s “Harry & Meghan: An African Journey” documentary, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry divulged the struggles they face being two of the most followed members of the royal family. The Sussex couple, also, talked about the pressure of their lives in the spotlight and emphasized the media’s unfair scrutiny, especially all the untruthful reports about them.

“I never thought it would be easy,” Meghan told Tom Bradby in an interview during their trip to South Africa. “But I thought it would be fair. And that’s the part that’s really hard to reconcile,” the mom of one went on.

In 2020, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are said to be planning to turn their image around. New Idea Magazine, on its Jan. 6 issue, reported that the parents of Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor want to stay away from the royal family with the help of Oprah Winfrey. A source, allegedly, told the publication that the trio has been spending so much time lately at the Queen of Talk’s multimillion-dollar compound in Montecito, Calif.

“Meghan and Harry are extremely cautious about who they trust, let alone who gets to help them shape their plans as a private couple as well as royals,” the insider claimed. “Thanks to her advice and guidance, they’ve found ways to embrace new challenges plus cope with negativity and craft a new look that they’re confident will see them more empowered and relatable moving into 2020,” it continued.

The same tipster said that Oprah has been telling Meghan Markle and Prince Harry to be confident. The host has, also, been reminding the couple about how far they have come already and that they are capable to do more in the future. However, in order to do that, Oprah told the Sussexes to stay strong and remain resilient amid the never-ending criticisms they are and will be facing.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, who are rumored to be divorcing, have yet to confirm the claims about their plans to stay away from the other members of the royal family for good. However, with New Idea’s history of making stories based on the accounts of its phony sources, this could just be another work of fiction waiting to be debunked. So, avid followers of the Sussex couple should take these unverified reports lightly until everything is proven true and correct.
