Meghan Markle and Prince Harry may be royals, but they are humble enough to admit that they don't know everything.

Earlier this week, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex landed in Africa for their royal tour and got right to their humanitarian work. On Tuesday, they participated in an activity with the Waves for Change organization, which provides mental health services to under-resourced communities.

People reported that during a "power hand" session in which the participant has to identify a strength and meditate about it, Meghan revealed that her new role to 4-month-old Archie Harrison is her strength.

After one of the coaches suggested dancing was the 38-year-old's strong suit, she responded, "Not that," according to Ash Heese, a manager for Waves for Change. "She said parenting is the new strength that she and Harry are learning."

"She said, 'He’s the best dad,' and [Harry] said, 'No, she’s the best mom,'" Heese added.

This trip is Meghan's first royal tour since giving birth to the royal baby in May. Although she was technically on maternity leave for the last few months, she has remained busy by engaging in a variety of different activities, including guest-editing the September issue of British Vogue.

Before traveling to Africa, the former "Suits" actress officially ended her maternity leave with the launch of her capsule collection, which benefited one of her royal patronages, Smart Works.
