Meghan Markle and Prince Harry continue to suffer PR disasters.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are loved by the public. However, they have been involved in several issues lately.

Many slammed them for spending too much in renovating Frogmore Cottage. Shortly after that, it was announced that they wanted their son Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor to be christened privately.

According to royal expert Duncan Larcombe, the couple is suffering from PR disaster “week in week out.” He was concerned with Prince Harry because he knew him personally before he married Markle.

“My personal concern with Harry, as I say, I have known him since he was a teenager,” the royal editor at The Sun said on “Good Morning Britain.”

“I think he is a fantastic guy. When you see these PR disasters, week in week out, which we have increasingly seen in the past few months. I worry for Harry because I think he deserves to be incredibly popular, so does Meghan.”

Piers Morgan stepped in and voiced his concerns about Prince Harry. According to him, the Duke of Sussex doesn’t think through the potential suggestion of hypocrisy.

Morgan was referring to Prince Harry giving a speech about climate change but taking a chopper from London to Birmingham for his two engagements.

The chopper trip cost $7,854 per trip and took 45 minutes. Meanwhile, the trip would take 83 minutes on a train for only $45.

The big concern was not the cost but the choice of transportation because helicopter emissions are at least five times higher, and this contradicted his speech. This caused many to call Prince Harry a “hypocrite.”

Piers said that he was concerned about who is giving Prince Harry advice. He wondered if they are giving the Duke of Sussex good advice and if he is overriding it.

Meanwhile, Julie Montagu, an America entrepreneur, defended the couple. According to her, Prince Harry has always broken the rules. In the first place, he never wanted to be part of the royal family. In fact, one biographer called him a “reluctant royal.”

“We have never seen him really abide by the rules. Let’s be honest, he has never really wanted to be part of this Royal Family,” she said.
