Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s baby has no official memorabilia.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s three children Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis have memorabilia when they were born. The royal household sanction a whole range of gifts from engraved plates to personalized teacups and customized T-shirts when Kate Middleton was about to deliver her babies.

However, this is not happening this time around while Prince Harry and Markle await for baby Sussex. The Royal Collection Trust confirmed that they have no new items which confirmed that baby Sussex will have no memorabilia, unlike his or her royal cousins.

“We have no new ranges to announce,” the spokeswoman said.

Despite this, there are unofficial souvenirs for baby Sussex on eBay, Amazon and Red Bubble. E-commerce platform eBay sells a “Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan 2019 Royal Baby Watch” that’s up for grabs for only $20 and $4 for delivery. Meanwhile, Amazon offers a similar mug.

Prince Harry and Markle are expected to welcome their firstborn anytime now. However, the couple already said that they would keep their birthing plan a secret until they have celebrated the arrival of their baby privately. So royals fans should not expect real-time updates about baby Sussex.

Royal fans have different reactions about the said announcement. Others understand why Prince Harry and Markle wanted to keep it that way. Meanwhile, others slammed the couple for keeping their baby when they pay for the couple’s privileged lifestyles.

Prince Harry and Markle’s baby may also not receive any title if they it’s a girl. According to royal historian Robert Lacey, if baby Sussex is a boy he will take on Prince Harry’s lesser titles and might be “Earl of Dumbarton.” However, this will not apply to a baby girl because there’s “no such option for the daughter.”

Meanwhile, Buckingham Palace reportedly dropped a big hint about Prince Harry and Markle’s upcoming bundle of joy. Royal fans noticed that there were three new web pages reserved for Prince Arthur, Prince James and Prince Alexander.

When one accesses the pages www.royal.uk/prince-arthur, www.royal.uk/prince-james and www.royal.uk/prince-alexander, the sites will redirect to the main page. When visitors tried to access the pages for other rumored names, the website says, “Page not found.” Thus, many believe that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are expecting a boy.
