Meghan Markle faced another round of criticism following the resignation of her bodyguard.

The Duchess of Sussex’s female bodyguard has vacated her post after just six months of serving the former “Suits” star. Many blame Markle for her bodyguard’s resignation because former reports claimed that she was difficult to work with.

“She thinks she’s the Queen. Can’t stand her,” one netizen wrote.

“She’s a fame hungry attention seeker, hell bent on getting her own way,” another user commented.

The bodyguard, who was not named for security reasons, reportedly joined the Duke and Duchess of Sussex in their Commonwealth tour. She held the rank of inspector and was pictured leaping into action during a security scare in Fiji in October.

Prior to the resignation of Markle’s bodyguard, she already lost three aides in November. The three individuals who left their royal jobs were Edward Lane Fox, Samantha Cohen, the couple’s private secretary who filled in Fox’s position, and Markle’s personal assistant named Melissa Touabti.

According to sources, Melissa was a talented person who played a big role in the couple’s royal wedding. She handled the controversial build-up of Prince Harry and Markle’s nuptials.

The palace didn’t announce the reason behind Melissa’s resignation, but some believed that she opted to leave her royal job after “putting up with a lot.” A royal insider added that Melissa would be missed by everyone in the royal household.

Royal officials were reportedly shocked by Melissa’s decision to vacate her royal post. Markle’s critics implied that there may be something wrong with how she and Prince Harry treated their staff because losing one member could happen to anyone but losing three in a few months was like a “stampede.”

However, a recent report from Elle suggested otherwise. An insider told the publication that it’s not true that Markle is difficult to work with. In fact, the Duchess of Sussex is well-liked by her staff and the people around the pregnant royal are excited because of her ideas and enthusiasm.

Prince Harry’s wife was reportedly anxious to learn the royal protocol and she took her duties very seriously. Also, Markle is a quick learner and very receptive toward the courtiers who guide her as a new member of the royal fold.
