Meghan Markle might think Hollywood is better equipped to handle the type of attention she is getting. A new report suggests that she wants a publicist from Tinseltown to deal with the all the negative press she has been getting.

“Meghan wants to hire a Hollywood publicist,” a source told Radar Online. “She’s losing trust in her advisors and feels they are hanging her out to dry.”

The Duchess of Sussex has been dealing with her fair share of rumors. Some say that Prince Harry’s wife is demanding and overbearing while others have said that she and Kate Middleton are feuding. Kensington Palace has issued one denial about Meghan berating the Duchess of Cambridge’s staff. “This never happened,” a statement read.

Acknowledging the rumors is pretty uncommon for the royal family. The former “Suits” actress apparently made the call to release the statement.

“Meghan demanded that the palace comment and defend her,” the source added. “They don’t usually respond but she was freaking out, saying if they don’t respond she will.”

Obviously, Meghan is trying not to read all the headlines about herself. A source told Vanity Fair that the pregnant Duchess tries to avoid the news, but it’s tough to ignore everything. It does not help that she reportedly feels like she is being targeted.

“Meghan is a believer in karma and she doesn’t want to sit there reading negative online stories and comments about herself,” a source claimed. “She feels to a degree the British press is out to get her and while she’s aware of the news and what’s going on, she tries her best not to read all the stories about her.”

Hopefully, the Palace’s recent denial took a little stress off the 37-year-old mother-to-be. No announcements have been made about Meghan actually hiring a Hollywood publicist.
