Melania Trump was mocked by Jimmy Kimmel for her Christmas decorations, but it backfired as the Twitter users defended the FLOTUS and slammed him instead.

Kimmel wasn't impressed with Melania's style in decorating the White House and he made it known when "Jimmy Kimmel Live" aired on Monday. The FLOTUS announced that the theme for this year's decor is "America the Beautiful" and it seeks to celebrate the country's "tradition, values and history."

Kimmel created a spoof video that featured ornaments with messages that read, "Get the f--k out of here," "This is bulls--t," and "I hate him," written across President Donald Trump's photo.

"Well you know at least she's having fun with it," Kimmel said.

"Make no mistake about it. Melania is not enthused about being in charge of Christmas at the White House. In the war on Christmas, she is General Lee, but there's an old Trump family saying that goes 'nothing we say is true, so we might as well make some money off.’"

Kimmel was referencing Melania’s leaked recording where she was heard telling her former friend and advisor Stephanie Winston Wolkoff, "Who gives a f--k about Christmas?” During their conversation that Winston Wolkoff secretly recorded, Melania said she had to do the Christmas decor because it was part of her job.

Kimmel’s video went on and made fun of Melania's feelings toward the season. It even promoted a made-up album of the FLOTUS called "Who Gives A F--k Christmas Stuff?" that reportedly reflected the “angst and fury of a White House Christmas” with singles like "F--k the Halls,” “The 12 Days of All Thees S—T,” “F--k Thees Navidad,” “What Child Is Thees (No One Asks Obama)?” and “I Saw Duddy Humpin Stormy Claus!”

Twitter users were not impressed with what Kimmel did. Many of them defended the FLOTUS and slammed the host saying that Melania has more class than him.

"JIMMY KIMMEL IS A MISOGYNISTIC PRICK. MELANIA HAS MORE CLASS IN HER PINKY TOE THEN [sic] KIMMEL WILL EVER HAVE. KIMMEL ISNT FUNNY JUST VULGAR HAS BEEN COMEDIAN," one commented.

"And you have no class for taking shots at Melania Trump. And I don’t even like trump," a different netizen added.

"You Jimmy Kimmel have no class. Melania Trump is better looking too!" Catmomma wrote.

"@jimmykimmel, you are a pathetic human for criticizing Melania Trump for her Christmas decorations. Your[sic] are despicable," @67dbaker commented.

The FLOTUS has been receiving backlash concerning her efforts for Christmas due to the leaked recording. Trevor Noah also mocked the first lady with a holiday sweatshirt printed with "Who gives a f#@k about Christmas stuff and decoration?" The proceeds of the item, which is being sold at Comedy Central Store, will be donated to United We Dream, the largest immigrant youth-led network in the country.
