  • Mike Tyson addresses trilogy fight with Evander Holyfield
  • Tyson and his team are working on another show in Dubai
  • Hollywood actor Michael Jai White has agreed to fight "Iron Mike"

A highly-anticipated third fight between Mike Tyson and Evander Holyfield might take a little more time before coming to fruition.

Following a successful boxing comeback in November last year against Roy Jones Jr., Tyson is eager to fight once again.

During a recent appearance on Brendan Schaub’s “Food Truck Diaries,” Tyson confirmed that he and his team are already working on an event in Dubai. But instead of taking a backseat in the fights, “Iron Mike” is feeling the itch to enter the ring one more time.

“We’re getting ready to go to Dubai now,” Tyson replied when asked about his next fight. “We’re already gonna have a show there. And I think I want to participate in that show instead of [just] promoting it. I think I want to promote it and probably participate and fight someone too.”

Heading into, as well as after his exhibition match with Jones, Tyson has been linked to a trilogy fight with his heavyweight nemesis Holyfield.

“The Real Deal” has been vocal about his desire to take on his old foe, and his stance on the matter seemed to have not changed since day one.

But according to Tyson, his next opponent is unlikely to be Holyfield. However, the 54-year-old confirmed that his camp will surely be considering it in the “future.”

“I think that might happen soon,” Tyson said of a fight with Holyfield. “There’s going to be guys before Evander, but Evander is something that we’re going to look at in the future.”

Earlier this month, Hollywood actor and mixed martial artist Michael Jai White verbally agreed to fight Tyson for free on any given day. But though “The Baddest Man on the Planet” is also open to including celebrities in his exhibition match escapades.

“I don’t know if I would do [celebrities] that because it’s a possibility that somebody’s getting hurt,” the Brooklyn native explained. “You know these celebrities, they don’t know what the f--- they’re doing.”

“[But] some celebrities are really pro fighters, they just never became pros but they are really good fighters,” he added.
