Singer Miley Cyrus and actor Liam Hemsworth have officially split after less than a year of marriage. Cyrus doesn’t seem to be wasting any time.

Cyrus, 26, and Hemsworth, 29, announced the end of their long-term on-again, off-again relationship and short-term marriage in a statement to PEOPLE magazine, with a rep for Cyrus explaining that Liam and Miley have agreed to separate.

“Ever-evolving, changing as partners and individuals, they have decided this is what’s best while they both focus on themselves and careers,” the rep said. The ex-couple still remain dedicated parents to all of their pets that they share while also taking time apart. “Please respect their process and privacy.”

Then on Friday, the former Disney Channel star, who identifies as pansexual, was spotted in a steamy makeout session with Kaitlynn Carter, Brody Jenner’s ex-wife, while vacationing in Italy.

Brody has since responded and had a bit of fun with the relationship dramas surrounding the four of them when he posted an Instagram photo of him by the coast.

“Don’t let yesterday take up too much of today,” Jenner captioned the photo.

His “The Hills” co-star Brandon Thomas Lee responded to the photo and said that they should “round this scandal out” and post a picture of the two of them making out.

“Watch out! Pics of Liam and I holding hands on the beach coming soon,” The “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” star replied to his friend.

But his comment didn’t go unnoticed by the “Wrecking Ball” singer because Cyrus left a response for Caitlyn Jenner’s son.

“Go take a nap in your truck and cool off #HotGirlSummer,” Cyrus clapped back.

In addition to the scandalous kiss, Carter had been sharing photos of her and the “Mother’s Daughter” singer on Instagram during their Italian holiday.

According to PEOPLE, an insider said that the two have mutual friends in common and that they are “just having fun” together. But this has not stopped fans and Twitter users from circulating conspiracy theories regarding the four.

“Miley Cyrus & Kaitlynn Carter mourning their husbands in their own, unique way,” one user tweeted.

“The fact that Miley Cyrus and Kaitlynn Carter may or may not have left their husbands for each other is the plot twist America deserved,” another twitter user wrote.

One person also tweeted that they are very obsessed with Cyrus and Carter “Grace and Frankie-ing their husbands.”
