Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth shocked their avid followers with divorce news in August. The Aussie actor, allegedly, filed for divorce after photos of the “Hannah Montana” star making out with Kaitlynn Carter made rounds online. Close pals of the former couple thought Miley and Liam would still get back together. However, “The Hunger Games” actor, reportedly, realized he can no longer be with Miley again after the controversial snaps made its way to social media.

Now, recent reports are claiming that Miley and Liam’s divorce drama is set to become nastier as they, allegedly, battle for their “unborn babies.” NW Magazine claimed that the former lovebirds stored a number of embryos when they were still together. Sources told the entertainment news outlet that Miley and Liam are now arguing as to what should be done with their “unborn kids.”

“Miley’s been clear about not having children from day one, but Liam would never have married her unless she agreed to at least accommodating a change of mind later on,” a tipster told the publication. “Something like freezing her eggs would have got him over the marital line. He always hoped she would grow out of this phase and want to become a mum. He didn’t mind waiting – he just didn’t want them to have a biological clock ticking over them and neither did she,” it continued.

The same informant suggested that Liam Hemsworth is likely to file a case to make sure that he could keep viable embryos for himself. It added that Liam still hopes to have a kid with Miley Cyrus and a part of him, allegedly, believes that the Disney alum would “come crawling back to him” sometime in the future.

Neither Miley nor Liam has commented on this report about their “unborn babies.” However, with NW Magazine’s history of creating stories based on the claims of its phony sources, this could be just another work of fiction waiting to be debunked.

Meanwhile, People reported that Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth reached a divorce settlement after several months since the “Isn’t It Romantic” actor filed for divorce. The process, as per reports, ended up well for the ex-pair, who had a prenup agreement before they exchanged their wedding vows on Dec. 23, 2018.

Liam Hemsworth, quickly, took to social media to celebrate the settlement that was made public on Wednesday. "Locked and loaded. Bring on the festivities!" he posted on Instagram, alongside a photo of himself smiling from ear to ear while holding a beer. Miley Cyrus, for her part, has been spending quality time with her boyfriend, Cody Simpson, and her family.
