Bahrain-based BRAVE CF has announced that it will be holding a card in Russia towards the back end of this year, hoping to end the year the way the company started it.

The promotion began its 2021 mixed martial arts (MMA) calendar with BRAVE CF 46 last January 16th, headlined by Eldar Eldarov’s successful defense of his super lightweight title against Leonardo Mafra.

The January card allowed the Russian audience to see their greatest fighters in action.

Russian MMA legend Ali Bagautinov made his promotional debut against Oleg Lichkovakha, which he won via unanimous decision.

Bagautinov later announced that he would join the BRAVE CF Flyweight World Title Tournament, matching up against fellow UFC veteran Dustin Ortiz at BRAVE CF 50--another fight that the Russian won via unanimous decision.

There are a ton of Russia’s best MMA fighters on BRAVE CF’s stacked roster such as Roman Bogatov, Ikram Aliskerov, Rustam Chsiev, Kasum Kasumov and Velimurad Alkhasov.

Further details about the promotion’s return to Russia will be announced in the coming weeks, mainly focused on the fighters who will be on the card.

Other than Russia, the promotion has already held cards across 23 different countries. It visits its 24th nation on Saturday, September 25 when Konin, Poland hosts BRAVE CF 54.

BRAVE CF lightweight champion Amin Ayoub of France will be defending his belt against Egypt’s very own Ahmed Amir in the main event.

BRAVE CF is one of the world’s fastest-growing MMA organizations, thanks to its thrust of creating a sustainable ecosystem that will help promote and develop the sport.

Meanwhile, the outfit most recently announced that it is planning to establish a club system, similar to that of FIFA’s in the European football scene.

BRAVE CF believes that having a club system specific to MMA will work out extremely well for all parties involved.
